Nina is absolutely phenomenal... I cannot recommend her highly enough. Having practiced yoga for around a decade now I’ve definitely found my perfect fit with Nina and her wealth of knowledge. From her regular zoom classes when you can roll out of bed and meet on the mat, to the yoga for anxiety course which really raised my awareness of triggers and the benefits of breath work and last but by no means least the little slice of heaven at the Retreat in Italy so much more than a yoga retreat believe me I’ve experienced a few and nothing comes close to this luxurious you time. Can’t wait to go back. See you on the mat it’s a decision you’ll never regret x
