So, Positively Thrive - what is it?

It’s yoga.  But not just a movement class.  Yes, it does include postures, but it’s so much more.  It’s about getting to know yourself a bit deeper through breathing, affirmations, concentration, meditation and journaling.  In fact, yoga is all about stilling our internal chatter.  And when we do that, we bring about awareness and consequently positive change into our often hectic lives. Giving ourselves a little bit of ‘aaahhhhh’ after giving to everyone else.  


And of course, there will be yoga poses.

East Meets West

Each of the psychology inspired topics uniquely take an East meets West approach. Using the best of current wellbeing thinking (read more here) and blending it with yogic, spiritual principles at their core, these workshops will support you to grow, develop and help your wellbeing flourish.

And why is that good for me?

Let’s face it, life can throw a few curveballs our way. We've seen that in the last few years. Running on that endless treadmill, trying to ‘keep all the plates spinning’, or overwhelm, exhaustion, anxiety, loss and depression can all set us back.  And often we’re not well equipped to deal with it all, or we rarely have the time to pause, reflect, think differently. My Positively Thrive course is designed to support long term growth, to help you take back control of your wellbeing and become more resilient at dealing with the tricky stuff life throws at us. To find joy, ease and balance. Put simply, to thrive.  And who doesn’t need a bit of that?

There are 12 monthly themes based on yoga philosophy, living a positive life, blended up with the 5 ways to wellbeing and combined with challenges to bring them to life - and off the mat. 

Each Month Includes:

90 min live online themed group yoga workshop plus recording.

Monthly goal setting plus weekly challenges to keep thriving.

Free access to weekly live online classes.

Weekly 30 min private coaching call.

Private community group for some fun, support and sharing.

Each month includes a blend of yoga, meditation, mindfulness, goal setting, journalling.

The workshop is a livestream via Zoom on the last Thursday of every Month 7.30pm. Dedicated yogis who are on the Positively Thrive course have access to the class timetable and can book into any online class as part of their plan.
